Yes. We build your new site in parallel on a staging URL. Your existing site stays live and fully functional until the exact moment we flip the DNS — which takes less than a minute. Zero downtime, zero disruption to your visitors.

From day one, any changes you want go through us — that's part of our service. Directly modifying the code yourself, or having your own developer do it, requires a copy of the code, which is part of the export and hosting-migration rights that vest once you've made 24 monthly payments or paid a $300 buyout — see our Terms (§2b). Once vested, because we build with plain HTML/CSS/JS, any developer can pick it up — no proprietary platform lock-in, no "only we can edit this" situations.

Our $20/month managed hosting on AWS S3 + CloudFront costs far less than the $23–60/month typical of page builders, and delivers a global CDN and 99.99% uptime SLA that no page builder can match. There are no forced plan upgrades, and no risk of a builder shutting down and taking your site with it.

Typically 1–2 weeks from the time you say yes to a live site. We can move quickly because we start building before you commit — your demo is already done when we first reach out, so there's no waiting for design discovery or wireframe approvals.

You always keep your domain and your analytics data. Export/migration rights for your code vest once you've made 24 monthly payments or paid a one-time $300 buyout (see our Terms, §2b); before that, cancelling simply ends hosting, the same as cancelling any subscription.
