How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- · Respond to your audit request or inquiry

- · Understand how visitors use our website so we can improve it (via Google Analytics)
- · Measure the effectiveness of our advertising and show relevant ads to people who have visited our site (via Meta Pixel)

We do not use your information for automated decision-making or profiling that produces legal or similarly significant effects.
Cookies and Tracking Technologies
Our website uses cookies — small text files stored in your browser — and similar tracking technologies. Here is what is active on this site:
- · Google Analytics 4 cookies (
_ga,_ga_*) — first-party cookies that persist for up to 2 years. They assign a random identifier to your browser session so Google Analytics can distinguish unique visitors and sessions. - · Meta Pixel cookies — set by Meta (Facebook) to recognize your browser across visits and, if you are logged into Facebook or Instagram, match your visit to your Meta account for ad targeting and retargeting purposes.
- · Google Tag Manager — a tag management system that loads the above tracking scripts. It does not itself collect personal data independently of the tags it fires.
Most browsers allow you to block or delete cookies through their settings. Disabling cookies will not prevent you from using this website, but some analytics and advertising functionality will not operate.
Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services that receive data about your visit:
Google Analytics 4 & Google Tag Manager
We use Google Analytics 4 (property G-HHLEDEMNN4) via Google Tag Manager (container GTM-MFG6VHJD) to understand site traffic and visitor behavior. Data is transmitted to Google's servers and is subject to Google's Privacy Policy. You can opt out of Google Analytics tracking by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.
Meta Pixel
We use the Meta Pixel (ID 1719247602785621) to measure how visitors interact with our site after seeing our ads on Facebook or Instagram, and to build audiences for retargeting. Data is transmitted to Meta Platforms, Inc. and is subject to Meta's Privacy Policy. You can manage your Meta ad preferences at facebook.com/settings → Ads.
Amazon Web Services
This website is hosted on Amazon Web Services (AWS) infrastructure. AWS receives standard server access logs (IP address, request path, timestamp) as part of hosting operations. These logs are not used for marketing purposes. AWS is subject to Amazon's Privacy Notice.
How We Share Your Information
We share information only in the following limited circumstances:
- · With Google and Meta — as described in §5, through the analytics and advertising pixels active on this site.
- · Legal requirements — if required to do so by law, court order, or governmental authority, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of WDM or others.
- · Business transfer — in the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of all or substantially all of WDM's assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you via email or a prominent notice on this website before such a transfer occurs.
Data Retention
Contact form submissions: We retain inquiry data for the duration of any business relationship and for a reasonable period thereafter for recordkeeping purposes. You may request deletion at any time (see §8).
Email correspondence: Retained as long as reasonably necessary for business recordkeeping.
Analytics data: Google Analytics data retention is set to the platform default (14 months of event data). Meta Pixel data retention is governed by Meta's data policies.
Server logs: AWS access logs are retained per AWS's standard infrastructure logging practices.
Your Choices
Opt out of Google Analytics: Install the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on, or disable cookies in your browser settings.
Opt out of Meta ad targeting: Visit facebook.com/settings → Ads to control how Meta uses data about you for advertising. You can also use the Digital Advertising Alliance opt-out tool.
Request deletion of your contact data: Email support@woodstockdigitalmarketing.com and we will delete any personally identifiable information you submitted through our contact form within 30 days.
Unsubscribe from email: If you have received email communications from us, reply with "unsubscribe" or email support@woodstockdigitalmarketing.com to be removed.
Browser cookie controls: Your browser settings allow you to view, block, or delete cookies at any time. Note that blocking all cookies may affect the functionality of other websites you visit.

This website is directed at business owners and is not intended for use by children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we learn that we have inadvertently collected personal information from a child under 13, we will delete it promptly. Governing Law
